Payments & Refunds - Spring Hockey


Payments can be made:

-       online by Visa or MasterCard (go to our Members page);

-       by certified cheque, money order or bank draft made out to “Spring Hockey”.

The registration will end by March 4, 2017.
Late registrations (after March 4, 2017) will be accepted based on availability.
All registrations must be accompanied by FULL payment and will be considered complete after the payment is validated.

For payments by certified cheque, money order or bank draft:
please sign the completed Registration Form, attach a copy of the player's birth certificate and mail it with your payment made out to "Spring Hockey" (with the player's name on your payment slip) to:

Refund Policy:

Full Refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
- The program is cancelled prior to commencement. Please allow four weeks for receipt of all eligible refunds.
- No spot on a team can be secured for a player in his/her age group due to the player being on the waiting list after the registration end date (March 4, 2017) (too many players for a certain amount of teams, but not enough to form another team);
- Player registration is cancelled before the registration end date (March 4, 2017);
- Withdrawal due to injury or sickness preventing a player from participating in the program before the program starts (doctor's certificate may be required);
- Relocation of place of residence outside Calgary city limits before the program starts;

Partial Refund will be issued under the following circumstances (partial refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the season):
- Withdrawal due to injury or sickness preventing a player from participating in the program after the program starts (doctor's certificate may be required);
- Relocation of place of residence outside Calgary city limits after the program starts;

No Refund will be issued after all teams are formed and the season starts.
In all cases of withdrawal from the program, the registrant is responsible for advising the office as well as the coach of his/her intent to withdraw. All refund cheques will be mailed to registrant within four weeks.
